Ceyeo Releases ‘Together They Were Nothing’
Classically-trained Ceyeo is a songwriter, vocalist and producer from Chicago. Ceyeo writes music for active listening by combining musical genres with literate lyrics to create music that subverts typical rock and pop conventions. Ceyeo writes about personal struggles, emotions and social and the need to work together to create a better society.
Ceyeo’s first album, ‘Machine Learning’ in 2022, focused on moving forward in a world of alienation and inequality when you don’t fit the norm. His second album ‘Baby I Care,’ released in 2023, was themed on caring, hope, optimism and positivity.
For his third album, released in November 2024 and titled ‘Together They Were Nothing,’ Ceyeo focused on the themes of anger, anxiety and despair due to unhealthy relationships, greed and the lack of unity in the world.
Ceyeo’s next album ‘Walls of Love’ will release in early 2026.
