DJ chookylightningfrog: Chooky is yeah definateley, yep spot on in the sence of being exact , 100 % way off couldn't agree more with him , hes always done things that would spin me out, just the way he is, always been like that too. like that time he was on the deck painting his charactor im not sure how but it looked like he was out of smokes.
Punk Head: You refuse to pick a genre, but if someone dragged you into a record store and forced you to choose one aisle, where would you run first?
DJ chookylightningfrog: Straight at the prick dragging me round then id look for the ABBA aisle and pick waterloo cos waterloo is like a dunny and that shit cracks me up, haha Swedish pranksters hardout my waterloo my waterloo hahaha
Punk Head: What's more important to you: making a killer track or making a room completely lose it?
DJ chookylightningfrog: Definately making a killer completely lose track of importance and durrys its important to make sure youve got durrys cos yeah without durrys id be hanging
Punk Head: You describe yourself as a bit of a maddog. How much of that chaos is actually part of the creative process?
DJ chookylightningfrog: Chaos of the maddog has no process except maddog is always a maddog , so if there was a process its the maddest maddog so yeah all of it and some like perpetual maddog of recurring maddest maddog to the power of maddogs maddest maddog
Punk Head: You call what ya said "rocktechno." Is that a genre you're trying to build, or just the best way you've found to describe the noise in your head?
DJ chookylightningfrog: I am definateley not trying to build genres, what the hell is a genre good for if the music is confined to some label or influence of others expectations of confinement or conformity , how irrelevant and why. music should never be confined into a box thats completely foreign to the one creating the music , genres are secondary something to describe a finished creation , not a description for creating. Like i said to my mate if i dont fit genres make one up, genres dont define me or my music, so maybe my music can define a new genre like call it drug fucked unit hifi low drum n subtrance for all i care hahaha or karen crytrance sympathy dorkestra hahaha genres no time for it lol
Punk Head: Do you want people to remember the songs, the character, or the night they had when you played?
DJ chookylightningfrog: People can do what they wish too , i try not to think about thoughts about thoughts that i think others are thinking or thought, its a good way to get paranoid , imaging what other people are thinking or trying to invision or interpret their perceptions based around what i want is irrelevant im there to pump the tunes put the vibes out there and let it be what it will be, i wish for epic mad good vibes love and unity , people are free to be themselves and remember whatever they remember its not of my concern and seperate from my desires i have no ultimations involving thoughts of others id never truly know anyway. wow man that got deep hahah
