IULIANO SHOWCASES HIS EXPANSIVE TALENT ON “ON THE RADIO”

“On the Radio” marks the beginning of a different approach to music—the sonic world after unplugging. The track serves as a critique of the outside world and opens the discussion of how the outside world shape, tame, and control our creativity, locking art into a box of the algorithm. Iuliano challenged himself with the new task where he began to imagine music the way they naturally unravel.

There has always been a trace of curiosity and the seek to experiment deep coiled into Iuliano’s work. The accomplished musician, award-winning producer, the songwriter has a unique touch to sounds and tracing ideas, but like everything in life, compromise takes a huge bite into the equation.

“On the Radio” is an exception, a rebel, and a confrontation. It tunes in to his inner flame and takes a leap forward, and the result is brilliance.

Like waking up from a long hiatus, the track gives you the taste of being sonically alive. Iuliano weaves acoustic and electric guitar into a wonderfully sophisticated soundscape, while his voice is deeply revealing. It’s wild and cathartic, charged with profound emotions. It’s touchable and familiar, but something has fundamentally changed. “On the Radio” is irresistible.

“Accidents are a very big deal in music, but you have to be able to hear them,” he revealed, “some people might take them as a mistake, but most of them will lead you, one way or another, to an interesting place. Normally, these are the places that I like to wander.”

“On the Radio” is only the beginning. The track is the first single off Iuliano’s upcoming concept album, De-Algorithm, following the revelation of the main character’s sudden disappearance.
