Nothing Concrete Releases ‘The imperfectionist’

Nothing Concrete, a unique multicultural band originally formed in Scotland and now based in Foix, announces the upcoming release of their fourth studio album, 'The Imperfectionist'.

The band, founded by Fergus McKay and Gaia Miato, has brought together musicians from across the globe, creating a vibrant mix of musical styles. Their sound blends afrobeat, blues, and tango into a powerful and eclectic fusion.

'The Imperfectionist' was recorded in 2024 in a self-built, eco-friendly studio in the heart of the Ariège region. The first single, 'The Boats', recently released, is a moving tribute to human diversity and migration. The album also features the involvement of renowned New York-based producer Keith Witty, further enriching its global dimension.

Nothing Concrete is set to take the stage at the Glastonbury Festival 2025, Europe's largest music festival, marking a major milestone in the band's journey.
